Yes, we always make sure that your CorkBox will be safe during the transport. In case you receive damaged product, we will take care of it as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Poland, Europe. (Don't need to worry about 4 weeks delivery from China)

Yep, we provide worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email us at hello@thecorkbox.co within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.

We mostly ship with TNT / FedEx, but also use local courier partners.

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us by email.

- order number
- information on which products have been damaged
- photos of damaged products
- photos of damaged packaging

Yes, and it's super easy! You can customize your cork box with any text, image or logo. Look for products with "customize" label in store.

You can return your order within 14 days. (Does NOT apply to any of our customization pieces).
The condition for a refund is to receive the product with no signs of use.
The refund will be made up to 7 days after receiving the return.

However this for an indication only, The Corkbox Co. process all orders in EUR. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using EUR at the most current exchange rate.
